About.

The Mandrier Group started with a simple idea — associations deserve the same caliber of operational support as the biggest corporations, without the bureaucracy, staff who rotate every six months, or the one-size-fits-all playbook.

I'm Brian Mandrier, and I've spent twenty-five years as a global meeting planner and association executive. I've run conferences across multiple continents, co-founded two conferences in two different sectors, helped form an oncology association, served as executive director of organizations, and helped mission-driven groups do more with less. Along the way, I learned that the difference between a good event and a great one is almost always in the details nobody sees: the timing, the relationships, the quiet problem-solving that happens before anyone in the room notices there was a problem.

That's the work I love, and it's the work we do.

We're deliberately small. When you hire us, you get senior people — not a hand-off to a junior team. We answer quickly, we travel well, and we treat your organization's reputation as carefully as our own.

When I'm not on-site somewhere, you'll usually find me in Charleston or Florence, Italy, already thinking about the next trip — or the next great meal. (I'm a WSET-certified wine enthusiast; an occupational hazard I'm happy to live with.)
